He doesn't understand that I am truely unhappy.  I never thought I would say those words.  I've found myself yearning for someone elses attention, and at that point what's left to keep fighting for?  He let me slip right through his fingers and he still hasn't realized.  He doesn't recognize my beauty and he always takes my kindness for weakness.  I do deserve to be the one he falls in love with, but I refuse to keep waiting.  Ultimately, I just want to be happy.  He hurt me, so why should I care about his feelings? 

I keep telling myself to be strong and weather the storm.
